Clearing the way for your next work
This one’s for the artists.
When you release a work, the moment it’s out in the world, it ceases to be yours. It’s now the world’s, and it takes on a new life of its own there.
But until you release that work, it lives inside of you, and only inside of you. And it takes up space there.
So: finish what you’re working on, and put it out in the world. That’s how we free up the space for the next thing.
Always forward — jamie
